We value your satisfaction and want to ensure you’re completely happy with your purchase. Please review our policy below to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most unused, unworn, and unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be in its original packaging.

Tags, stickers, or protective films must remain intact.

Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
Non-returnable items include:

Custom or personalized products (e.g., custom gloves, jerseys with names, or engraved bats)

Gift cards

Sale or clearance items
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at omachado@legengarymovementsports.com with:

Item(s) you wish to return

Reason for return
Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization number and instructions for shipping your item back to us.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Legendary Movement Sports is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item (for example, a different size or color), please contact us first at omachado@legengarymovementsports.com.
We’ll hold your replacement item while we process the return of your original product.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will provide a prepaid return label or a replacement item at no cost to you.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
